Request deletion without the app

You can request account deletion by emailing the contact below from the email associated with your Curbi account. Use the subject Curbi account deletion and include the account email and a brief statement that you want the account deleted. You do not have to install the app to make this request.

An email draft is not a submitted request: send the email from your mail application. We may need limited information to verify that you control the account. Never send your password, full card details or private access codes.

Delete from Curbi

Open Curbi > Profile > Settings > Delete account. Sign in again when asked and confirm the deletion request. The account's new bookings are disabled after the request is accepted. An administrator must transfer administrative responsibilities before deleting their account.

What happens to your information

The deletion process removes the account and associated profile, owned listings, vehicles, notifications, owned uploaded files, ordinary support conversations and submitted message content through the implemented cleanup process. Required financial records and safety, verification or dispute evidence may be retained or reviewed separately; this page does not promise immediate deletion of every historical provider record.

Ordinary support conversations otherwise follow a 180-day schedule after resolution. The activity journal has a separate 90-day retention setting, with asynchronous automatic deletion. Contact us for details about information retained to meet legal obligations, reconcile money, investigate fraud or resolve claims, and for any privacy rights that apply in your location.

Bookings and payments that are still open

Active bookings, unresolved payment disputes, pending refunds and host payouts can delay deletion. Resolve the open booking or financial issue with support first. Deleting the app itself does not delete an account or cancel a booking.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage and cancel the subscription in the store that sold it. Keep any payment references you need before deleting your account.
