Include the booking or listing reference, what happened, and the best email to reach you. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or access codes.

Account and data requests

Email support@curbi.app from the email associated with your Curbi account. Tell us whether you need account access help or want to request account deletion.

Safety concerns

For an immediate danger or emergency, contact local emergency services. Curbi support is not an emergency service.

Curbi is currently in beta. Public mobile downloads are not available yet.
